Wardrobe

30 years collection of unusual or interesting clothes: chosen with attention to detail and an eye for the style or typical line of a period. Many with matching shoes, hats, bags etc as appropriate.

Period costumes

Medieval - Terracotta and subdued blue dress, with linen underdress, linen bonnet, slim leather belt, pouches, bone comb, twisted silver penanular, replica medieval pendant necklace, simple leather shoes etc etc

1930's - original 1930's cream shoulder wrap, 1930's style cream evening dress, long gloves, (see pic).

1960s - selection of dresses: op-art black and white with flower pattern halterneck mini; green satin short dress; black lace kaftan; purple paisley straight cut long sleeved mini dress/tunic and more....

1970's - Original smock tops and floral pieces.

1980's - some original 80s tops, suit

Modern Costumes

Normal/casual (slacks and t-shirt, jeans, blouses, skirts etc) Smart casual subtle dark purple silk skirt suit.

Party or club clothes - fancier tops, decorated jeans, little skirts

Rock chick outfits - tight jeans, knee high boots, skimpy t-shirts and leather jackets (red, white or airforce, or oversized very scruffy/tatty black)

Business suit: black pinstripe close fitting trouser suit (or others)

Pixie Tailor long elvin/medieval style green and purple lace dress.

Fluffy hippy - wrap around batik skirts, tie die, tassled, belled tie die, black lace kaftan, full length skirts, sleeveless afghan

Specialist costumes

Belly dance - selection of long cotton folk style skirt and top combinations, selection of diaphanous chiffon outfits, classic cabaret bedlah. Dance shoes, lycra leggings etc

Druid robes and staff, pagan green velvet cloak or matt black cloak.

Lab coat

Gardeners kit (army surplus trousers or similar tattered jeans, old t-shirts/shirts, caterpillar work boots and a selection of spades, forks, seceteurs, shears, springtine rake etc)

Fancy Dress

Large white rabbit jumpsuit (with large pink felt paws and ears)

Witch fancy dress

Alice in wonderland (blue skirt and top, white over pinny, stripey socks, alice band)

Large sized basic doormouse costume.

Feather masks and fans

And a selection of hats.
